The ancient art of yoga

Contrary to how it is widely promoted, Yoga is actually much deeper than the commercial only fronts.Yoga is much more than a fitness activity, it is not a religion, it is not a fad, it’s Science.
The ancient art of yoga was developed by our ancestors as a means of finding a true spirit, or rather, as a means of achieving self-realization. Of course this does not mean that everyone who practices yoga enlightenment will win, because there is so many different factors in play. However, if a person practices it to some extent, certain benefits are almost always feasible.
At the most basic level we look at the physical health aspects. Just to name a few, yoga is widely proven to heal sports injuries, reduce muscle recovery time, cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness level. However, as you’ll see the rest of the article, the physical health, youth and beauty benefits are just “products” or something far more precious - in fact priceless.
On the emotional level, it has helped people with unbalanced emotions reached new levels of stability. By practicing yoga, they are able to manage emotions better and not feel easily overwhelmed. They are emotionally stronger.
In the spiritual sense, Yoga gives the universal wisdom already present in person. We Divinity in us - we all do. It’s just a matter of how much it is buried, or hidden spots in the world itself. This world itself is a challenge we all have to face in life.
The extent to which an individual accumulates toxins - all 3 physical, emotional and mental level, is the degree of pollution, and correspondingly, the degree of burial. The heavier the pollution from the deeper universal wisdom is embedded. Wisdom lies latent in the universal qualities of unconditional love, compassion, kindness, energy, guidance, and interesting - the key to happiness and success.
At first when I started eating live foods, I was impressed by my own physical changes - drastic improvement of skin, age reversal, increased energy, etc. Although I happened upon a rough way of life in search of sustainable youth and beauty, but it was amusing that faded into the background when I later discovered a new mental and spiritual awareness.
If just eat live foods, the body first by physical cleansing, intensive ones! This later leads to a number of emotional and mental detox too. But the process does not end here.
Most raw foodists report exponentially improved fitness and endurance, and are awake while they do not work vigorously. I am one of them! I have so much raw energy from food alone. Most of us manage fine by working double or walk every other day.
Ever heard of a number of crude foodiests increasingly disillusioned, confused, scared? Some of those whose fear of “losing essential nutrients” Eventually took over and is easy to go back to the old lifestyle.
And there is a handful who report that they can not stand the extreme mental clarity. This may be because the body is cleansed at the physical level, but emotional and mental?
It is possible that the cleaning the next 2 levels not happen in time to match the physical level. We are indeed still living in the physical world, even though we are all spiritual beings on a learning journey.
Yoga can only produce physical benefits, such as weight loss and skin youth. But yoga can order up deep deep intelligent and stunning performance at all levels to give 3 - physically, emotionally and mentally. When attitudes are written to flow with a clear intention to achieve a goal, the consequences are clear, durable and deep.
